Lower Lumbar Mri...Help?

I need some info..I don't understand all this.. I had a lower lumbar mri.dr told that I have a bulging disc on L3-L4.. arthritis on every level... lateral stenosis on L3-L4 and on L4-L5 on the right side.. Said the arthritis was causing the stenosis.. Said all of this was in the mild range.
