Constant nose blowing

My daughter is always constantly blowing her nose. We have tried allergy medicine to no avail. She blows her nose all day long every day no matter the season. Do I need to take her to a specialist? I have taken her to her doctor and they have not been able to come up with any kind of solution....click here to continue
