Headache for 3 weeks.

about 3 weeks ago, I had taken my medicine on an empty stomach and I fainted, I hit my head and ive had a headache ever since, ended up going to the er last week and they said my cat scan came back normal, it was just a concussion, and gave me naproxen to take, well nothing is working, I don't know what to do....click here to continue
