Spasm

So my problem is, I get these spasms that cause this sharp pain throughout my body, the pain is from the base of my neck and down when I get the spasm. I've notice recently that I get at least a few minutes after or instantly I get a very painful cramp throughout my spine muscles. I have no Idea what it is or if I should worry about it....click here to continue
