Swallowed Dental Implant Scared

So yesterday while eating I noticed that my dental implant (maryland bridge) came off and down the hatch. I called the dentist and she did not seem concerned. IT was one tooth but wrapped in metal on the backside with a little metal wing, not sharp but metal. My wife took me to the ER to be on the safe side and they did an x-ray.
