Small round non itchy rash

I have developed this rash on the tops of my legs, knees, elbows and some on my tummy. It doesn't itch and only the ones on my elbows are responding to Betnovate. I had this rash for a few months now, it might even be a year or two I can't remember. It doesn't really bother me apart from my skin feeling rough, but just lately people have been asking me if I have been bitten by something. h...click here to continue
