TB of Lymph Nodes

I'm a female 24 years old. I have enlarged lymph nodes at both sides of my neck. I went for a check-up and I told my doctor I was suffering from low-grade fever plus I noticed several enlarged lymph nodes. I was requested to do Chest X-ray and CBC.
