Abdominal Pain Question

I have left side flank pain that has a burning feel to it along with bloating and lower left abdominal pain that feels like it has a pulse. My lower back on the left side hurts as well. I can only lie on my left side to relieve any of the discomfort, but the last few days that is not helping. It never stops hurting...what can it be?
