Is it possible I have a fracture?

About a week ago I rode my bike into a street pole and ended up hitting my head the hardest. At the time it split my eyebrow and caused a nice sized goose egg over my temple. I didn't feel like I experienced any symptoms of a concussion and it was fairly easy to get my eyebrow to stop bleeding so I never went to a doctor.
