small hard lump at the bottom of my ear canal

hello all. I have a lump at the bottom of my ear canal, it is not very big and you can't see it only feel it. I have no pain at all just a slight fullness feeling. I thought it was an ear wax problem but I'm not sure it is the case as I have no problems hearing at all and have tried using over the counter ear wax removal drops which haven't made any difference.
