Raised patch on skin with sore and green spots

Hi, my husband woke up this morning with a very painful lump that has a sore in the center and a small blue-green dot (about the size of a pen mark) on each side of the sore just above his hip. It seems to have come out of nowhere. Any ideas??? It's really freaking me out....click here to continue
