Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders Question

I've suffered with sinus problems all my life which are getting worse and unbearable. My nose is constantly stuffy, I struggle to breathe and sleep at night, whatever side I try to sleep on it just gets stuffy on the opposite side They constantly swap through out the day but one side is slightly worse.
