Chlamydia test, +ve and -ve result!

I'm a male in my 30s, I contracted chlamydia a few weeks ago, took meds prescribed to me, and thought that would be the end of it. Then, last week, I got some irritation when I went to the toilet, some pain in my penis. I went to the clinic, and they took a urine test.
