Gluten Free and not getting better!

Hi My daughter is aged 19 and gluten free is NOT helping!! Any ideas? Sorry so long winded but desperate! Her story started at 15, with severe abdo pain. She had her appendix out (healthy). Her pain came and went over the next few years and at 17 she had a laparoscopy to look and hopefully clear endomedtreosis. Was clear but her bowel was inflamed!
