Possible eye damage?

Should I see an Ophthalmologist for possible eye damage? I was directly shined in the eyes by a spotlight. This light no longer had the lens and i have no idea if it was an HID or incandescent or halogen. However i know spotlights give off uv radiation and i believe ir. i was backing up in the car and someone was being dumb and continously shined it so i couldnt see.
