Headache Help

I have a headache for over a week now. I have had a spinal tap and blood work everything came back fine except my white blood count was a little high. They sent me home with medicine. My head is not getting better its in the front top part of my head. No other tests were done. It makes it hard for me to sleep and I dont feel like doing anything. What should I do at this point?
