chest pain

I am experiencing chest pain on and off and pain in the upper right quadrant in the abdomen for 2 weeks now. But tonight i had a sharp pain on my chest that radiates to my upper left side of my back. I cant decide if i need to go to the ER tonight or not. Please help me. Thank you.... click here to continue
