sexual transmitted disease???

I have a little red bumb on the head of my penis. It has been there for a week now and isnt going away. i have no pain, and havent had any bumbs on my penis before. have had two ingrown hairs on my testicles before. but i have had unprotected sex over a year ago, and now i am only with one person. could this be an std?? only thing i could think of is maybe syphilis. please respond! thank you!... click here to continue
