Hello, I find my stomach has become big. soon after having food, it looks simply big..and its just protrudes and i feel embarassed abt it.. it looks projected very much.. Pls let me knw abt wat can be done.. i was quite lean, but now i've put-up nearly 8 kgs. i was 49kgs to 58 all of a sudden within a month. now i am 55.5kgs and this is being maintained fm 2 months..
