Hard to poop.

Recently after being sick from viral infection last month, i have those days where its hard to poop. But it doesnt happen often.. maybe as of now I had experienced it 3 times. So every time I poop its hard and it doesnt pass smoothly as usual. It gets stuck. I cant just stop pooping since if I do, i still feel the urge to poop.
