Kidney, Spine or something else?

Hello. I was playing Mario Cart this morning, and stood up to get a drink. I felt a sudden stabbing pain in my lower back. Typically, I thought nothing of it. 6 Hours have passed, and it's only gotten worse. Random small numbness in my left leg. Alot of pain right above my left buttock.
