slightly raised red bumps on my hands

Yesterday I noticed 6 small, red bumps on my hands - 4 on the left and two on the right and today there is an additional one on the left hand. They are about the size of a pimple, but have no head on them, just little red bumps that are slightly raised. They are not itchy and only somewhat painful to the touch, but not outwardly painful or anything. I only really noticed them because I kept bumpin...click here to continue
