Since the middle of last year I've had traces of blood in my saliva. It is not a regular thing but can carry on for a week and then maybe won't happen again for as much as a few weeks. I'm not coughing the blood up, it's just like I get a certain sensation or taste in my mouth, go to the bathroom and spit in a basin and there it is.
