I've always been a terrible healthy eater. I grew up on candy and munchies. I'm 21 years old, about 5ft9 and 120 pounds.
My max has been 127 pounds. I want to start weightlifting and getting in shape but two major issues are holding me back. I had an allergy test, and they told me I'm allergic to soy/dairy/wheat. It was a prick test.
