My Knee Cap is Still in Pain and I've Tried Everything

In April of 2011 I had surgery to remove a torn piece of medial menicus. When the MRI was done that found this tear, my ortho noticed that my knee caps were severely tilted. He said if he though it was help he would do a lateral release while he was doing the menisectomy. He opted out of it. Then, in September of 2011 I fell on the same knee I had surgery on.
