Pain while only laying down at night

For a few months now my gf has been complaining about stomach pain when she lays down at night. She's insisted that its just stress but I'm beginning to worry as it seems to be something else IMO. First off she is anemic. Second she has recently had bloodwork done and her dr ordered a colonoscopy. As he feels she is losing blood. Her level was a 10.5 two weeks ago.
