Hypoglycemia?

Hi, I've been having some unusual symptoms for some time now and somebody mentioned hypoglycemia to me? My symptoms are, dizziness, weakness, lightheaded/fainting, nausea, cold sweats, shaking, pale, and sometimes extreme hunger, no matter what I do I can't fill up.
