Groin Pressure and urge to urinate

Hi im having a problem where it feels like i have this pressure on my groin area making me constantly have to urinate. Like im trying to get rid of something thats just not coming out. I go pee and 5mins later i have to go again. Or i dont feel satisfied after i pee and wanna keep peeing. It's also the same with bowel movements when i go i dont feel satisfied i guess from whatever is putting press...click here to continue
