Extremely painful pain in left foot. Unable to walk :(

I have a pain by the tarsal on my left foot. It hurts to walk on.When i press down on the sore area,i feel a tiny little bump. It hurts a lot and it feels like a really painful bruise. On the outside there is nothing wrong with the foot....click here to continue
