is this muscle infection?

I think I have an abscess infection from my tooth spread to my shoulder. How do I find out? My blood tests are clear but my lymph nodes in my neck are large and my shoulder looks inflamed. My blood tests over the years have been slightly raised, then would drop again. No investigations as to why were ever done. Would bloods detect it or should I ask my rheumatologist to be more thorough. Is a b... click here to continue
