Blood test results. Low HGB, MCHC, MPV.

So I got my blood results, everything is perfect besides HGB, MCHC and MPV. My red blood cells (RBC 4.5) fall into norm and same goes for white blood cells (9.2). HGB - 11.8 MCHC - 30.8 MPV 6.4 My HGB decreased from 13.2 to 11.8 within the past 2 years. I'm 22 and female. I never had low mchc or mpv before.
