Air coming out of ear when exhaling cigarette smoke?

I know this sounds weird, and I think I have a major problem on my hands...or, should I say, in my sinus/ear/eye canal area. I'm a smoker and a few different times lately when exhaling it feels like air is coming out of my left ear.
