Purple 'line' up the butt crack

Hello, I've had a purple 'line' up my butt crack for quite some time now, it causes no pain or discomfort even when I touch it and it goes up my buttcrack and then basically turns right and stops, it doesn't seem to be elevated or anything and hasn't done anything like bleeding or such.
