Hot toes/fingers rest of hands feet are cold & numb hands/fe

hi. I'm 25years old, fit and healthy no history of any health issues. about 6 weeks ago I noticed my nails were coming loose with white patches etc, but I felt fine. My nails are normally long and healthy, so doc said it was onycholysis.
