Blood clots

HI, I'm a worried sick mother of a 30 year old daughter who is an ex drug user. She went into hospital around a year ago and contracted mrsa and a stepticoccal infection (sorry for spelling). Since then she has been very ill. She has multiple blood clots in her body along with an embolism in each lung. She has a very large blood clot in her pelvis which causes her severe pain.
