Issues with gums and teeth need help on what to do

Hello for the pass couple days I have had a high fever with sore throat .but the strang part is as I was sick my bottom wisdom teeth are growing in I already have my top . The issue is I have three bumps on my top roof of my month and two on this button and on my gum I have where it looks like a Scratch at the button of my teeth covered with this white stuff.
