Twitching under eye for over a month

I have been having this constant muscle or nerve spasm under my eye for over a month now, I don't really feel it, unless I focus on it and I can feel the sensation of it pulsing. It's usually worse in the morning and goes crazy and I don't notice it so much towards the end of the day, other people have been noticing it though so it is becoming a real pain.
