A stroke on my 20th birthday, Doctors conflicting

So here goes nothing, Today is my 21st birthday, and a year ago I started having odd symptoms. I was on Vyvanse for ADHD which really ramped up my stress/anxiety/blood pressure and I have a huge family history of Aneurysm.
