My son has red patches with blisters on his legs, arms, and face

My little boy had what looked to be an oversized bug bite on his heel today.. it went away and one showed up on the front of the opposite leg but this time it was a red patch with blisters in the middle.. it went away after a couple hours as well then it showed up on his forearm with more blisters, now the patches are all over his legs, arms and even a patch on his face..
