Swelling in temple and fractured zygoma

Hello, I was physically attacked 13 days go when i received a number of punches to the left side of my face (and possibly temple area). Since then, I have been having a lot of discomfort, when opening my mouth or chewing, as well as some swelling (and grinding feeling/noise) in my temple area.
