Post Septoplasty + turbunate reduction + Maxillary Sinus opening

Hi its 15 days since I had septoplasty and turbunate reduction and increase in maxillary Synus opening. Before operation the main problems which I had was 1) I had to blow my nose quite often, may be some 400 times a day and 2) could not sleep in the middle of the night as I felt something inside is obstructing my air flow.
