pain under ribs in the center and to the right

i have had these attacks 5 times in the past 2 weeks.i get the pain at night it has nothing to do if i have eaten or not cuz it comes very very late.i get the pain and its a dull throbbing pain.it also spreads to my back between shoulder blades.it makes me feel nauseous and the pain is severe.it last for hours and nothing seems to help. its tender to the touch.the doctor did an ultrasound and rule... click here to continue
