tingling in chest, arm and now face

For the past week or so I have had odd symptoms: first was a very brief and slight numb/tingling sensation in the left part of my chest below the nipple. Then I began to have tingling in my arm and now in my face. The arm numbness can be remedied usually by moving my shoulder in various ways, sometimes with a popping sound.
