Confused with HIV results

I Performed a HIV test today. The results were Test Value: 0.088 Cut off Value: 0.280 Test Result: Negative Is there something I need to be worried about? I am a bit confused with 0.088.. Does that mean I have I have that antibodies? Would I have to perform another test?... click here to continue
