injured my knee 7 years ago, still constant pain

I had a horrible fall onto pavement and all my weight landed on my right knee cap..this was 7 yrs ago and I'm still experiencing constant pain..I still don't have ins, so can't see a dr..but I figured after 7 yrs, it would eventually get better..but it seems worse now than its ever been. I get sharp pain going down my shin and even up my thigh.. :x...click here to continue
