red spots/blotches on my skin that dont itch

I got a red spots/blotches on my skin particularly on my arms to shoulders, to my upper chest and back, to my abdomen and sometimes in all over my body.and sometimes he scalp gets inflame. i dont have any idea on how they appear and why they appear. does anyone of you experience this? i was once attended a seminar regarding on HIV awareness accordingly one of the signs is red marks on skin. ... click here to continue
