Armpit rash that's lasted a year

Both of my armpits have a red rash that has persisted for a year. The types of fabrics I wear has no effect. Whether I leave them covered or uncovered has no effect. Washing multiple times a day with mild soap has no effect. I stopped shaving that it reduced flareups, but too has no lasting effect. Additionally I stopped using deodorant entirely.
