Hurting Knee

I'm a 30 year old photographer. My profession needs me be on my feet a lot. After a recent trek I experienced excruciating pain in my knees while on the descent. It went away after two days but now I can feel the pain after just about an hour's walking or ten minutes of slow jogging. Are my knees in some serious trouble?...click here to continue
