i injured my back weightlifting last week. first few days after the injury i had very intense cramps/burning on my right glute (sciatica). it was it this point i decided to go to the local clinic. after a visible diagnosis i was informed to have a bulging disc. he suggested i say on my feet most of the time with no lifting, sitting, twisting or bending.
