Neuropraxia after arm lift (arm paralysed)

Thanks for reading my post... I had an arm lift on 06/08/13 using IV sedation, the procedure took two hours. I woke up and couldn't move my right arm or fingers. My surgeon said it would recover and I can now move my wrist and make a fist. The arm tingles, burns, no pain really and no coldness. However, the paralysis remains and I have a limp arm.
